CASECLARITY brings a new resource to attorneys defending homeowners in foreclosure. 

Using only a web browser, with absolutely no software to install on the law firm’s computers, this online system allows the legal staff and attorneys to efficiently collect, document, manage and use the vast amounts of documents and financial information required for negotiating with opposing counsel in foreclosure actions.  Without good information defense counsel is left to invent reasons why the client should get a non-judicial settlement.  Conversely, approaching settlement negotiations with good information can get cases settled.
